UnitingJustice Australia works in collaboration and partnership with the Synods of the Uniting Church. This network of church 'justice contacts' and 'justice agencies' includes:
Justice and International Mission, Synod of Victoria and Tasmania
Social Justice and Uniting International Mission, Synod of Western Australia

In the Uniting Church National Assembly, our pursuit of social justice and peace is much wider than the work of UnitingJustice.
The church pursues justice and peace through mission, service, and advocacy; and also through worship, witness, and education. Uniting Church people work for justice and peace at all levels from local congregations to the National Assembly.

The open letter was accompanied by a submission to the Expert Panel on Constitutional Recognition made by UnitingJustice.
